All the Facts Heart Foundation Diet

Good health is a personal resource. This statement is hardly questionable since too much information are being circulated by medical experts in order to inform people from all over the world about the importance of having good health. But despite the efforts of medical organization, the truth about good health is being ignored by many people who have unhealthy lifestyles which are the cause for acquiring diseases and becoming obese. Hence, medical experts and nutritionists are propelled to formulate diet programs in order to address the health complaints of unhealthy people. Heart foundation diet is a three-day diet plan which will result to reducing 10 pounds after three days. During day one, dieters meal plan includes black coffee or tea, " grapefruit, one slice of dry toast, and 2 teaspoons of peanut butter. AT lunch time, dieters have another cup of black coffee or tea, 4 ounces of tuna, and one slice of dry toast. At supper, the suggested foods include two slices of any cold meat, one cup of string beans, 4 ounces of beets, a small apple, 4 ounces of vanilla ice cream, and glasses of water.

At day two, the breakfast meal includes black tea or coffee, one boiled or poached egg, one slice of dry toast, and " banana. At lunch, the meal consists of 4 ounces of cottage cheese and five crackers. During supper, the recommended foods are 3 ounces of broccoli, 2 ounces of carrots, " banana, 2 hotdogs, and 4 ounces of vanilla ice cream.

During day three, breakfast consists of black tea or coffee, 5 crackers, one slice of cheddar cheese, and one apple. During lunch, the foods are one hardboiled egg and one slice of dry toast. At supper, the meal includes 4 ounces of tuna, 4 ounces of beets, 4 ounces of cauliflower, " melon, and 4 ounces of vanilla ice cream.

Heart foundation diet has two benefits according to experts. The first one is that it can quickly lose ten pounds. The second benefit is that the short period of time within which dieters can lose weight will encourage dieters to keep on dieting, therefore, lose more weight. However, this benefit may produce a negative effect when dieters regain quickly the weight they have lost.

Despite criticisms against this diet plan, it is still best recommended for people who have to lose weight within a short period of time. Aside from becoming sexy, dieters will eventually learn to choose what they eat in order to be fit and healthy.
