Super Foods, Acai Berries And Nutritional Advantages

It has long been well-known that fruits and vegetables are part of a good for your health pattern of eating but comparisons between foods have found a a small amount of foods that are so healthy and constructive that they are considered to be "super foods" or "super fruits".

Super foods are foods that have an very high amount of nutritional value for the sum of calories it has. A large range of fruits and vegetables essentially fall into this class counting spinach, broccoli, pumpkin, tomatoes and more. Approximately all berries can be categorized as super fruits especially blueberries, cranberries and the acai berry from Brazil.

A free radical is an unstable molecule that is developed during processes that call for oxygen. The molecule loses an electron, which causes it to become highly unstable and unstable.
