1. Have a regular pattern of eating. If you are like many women, you probably have an irregular pattern of eating. The issue with this is that it distorts your brain's "feel full" signal. One study showed that women who eat at regular times every day, consume 100 fewer calories per day in comparison to women who eat irregularly.

3. Consume 30% of your calories as protein. Just make sure you don't go any higher because it's unhealthy to do so. Studies have shown that when protein intake is doubled from 15% to 30% of calories, 441 fewer calories/day are consumed.

4. Eat good protein. What is good protein? Protein that is free of chemicals and low in saturated fat. Why? Because an extremely interesting study showed that eating natural cod instead of low quality beef, produced an 11% reduction in daily calories consumed.
